Super Smoothie! Super Yummy!
I’ve been making a lot of these lately.
Here’s my recipe:
a cup of vanilla soy milk
frozen or fresh berries (raspberries, blackberries, blueberries and strawberries) 1 cup or so
a banana
greek yogurt 1/2 cup
a handful of spinach leaves
a few leaves of mint (if you have them)
a few ice cubes if you are using fresh berries
Blend, blend, blend! Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy!
