Cooking Thai at Home: Thai Chicken Salad: Yum Gai
A lot of folks staying at home and learning how to cook or trying out new recipes. I think this is terrific! I’ve learned how to make ice cream at home, with and without an ice cream machine. I learned how to make home made pasta, different kinds of breads, desserts and I am still learning and experimenting. I love it. I have also enjoyed learning about my mom’s Thai recipes and making them and feeding my family knowing it comes from love. I also love sharing these recipes with you. Have you made any of my recipes?
Yum Gai aka Thai Chicken Salad is one of my favorite recipes. Who am I kidding, there hasn’t been a recipe of my mother’s that I have not loved. After you’ve gathered all the recipes, it’s so quick and easy to make and you will be making this dish a lot! You can also make Thai Beef Salad aka Yum Neur the same exact way. Equally as delicious!
