Keoho and Pili… Kamehameha School Engagement

They met each other when they both attended Kamehameha School. She was sitting on the bench and she caught his eye… the rest is history. Keoho and Pili wanted to have their engagement session at this particular bench at Kamehameha School where it all started… absolutely heartfelt and full of beautiful meaning. I happily obliged.

Are they not just a beautiful, gorgeous couple? I say yes! The day was slightly breezy and overcast in Honolulu which made a soft glow in these images…

Keoho and Pili are very comfortable together, they really go together like a high five… making each other laugh and being serious… both very loving.. a dream for a photographer… I was merely an observer and stood back as they did their thing.

Really… how beautiful are they? BE-UUUU-TEEEEEE-FUL!!!

We had some time to go to Pili’s family home and take a few shots there… I just LOVE this one… very at ease, very natural…

… and one with their baby, “Boss”… such a sweet pup…

We were chasing the sunset and hoping the rain would not pour and ended our session at the Ko’Olina Lagoons…. there was no sun to set that evening as it was forcasted to rain, we were graced with a dramatic evening sky…

We were losing light…. but Keoho and Pili were game… everything just came together wonderfully, despite the lack of a Hawaiian sunset, these two pulled it off seamlessly.

Love this last one… last, little traces of light and Keoho and Pili still looked fabulous! Thank you for allowing me to photograph your engagement memories, it is really an honor and I am very appreciative. Warmest Aloha, ~j
