I recently went to Island Vintage Coffee Company in Ko’Olina… what took me so long?? It was really good. They have a lovely assortment of breakfast and lunch dishes and some delicious coffee and tea drinks. I opted for the Lox and Bagel for a late morning lunch. Doesn’t it look good? It comes with a side salad, fresh greens, sprouts, tomato, a few pistachio’s dressed in a tasty, slightly sweet (but in a refreshing way) dressing. A toasted bagel with some dill spread, sprouts, fresh greens, tomato and lox make up the sandwich. It was very delicious and very filling. Of course the pretty island flower made for a lovely presentation.
I ordered a hot lava mocha concoction. It was delicious … I wish I could of remembered exactly what it was… I’ve been back twice since and ordered the same drink.
My daughter ordered a coconut cream smoothie.. she loved it. It’s not too sweet, just right.
My oldest daughter was satisfied with a frozen green tea latte.
Everything I’ve had at Island Vintage Coffee was great… I’ll be coming back frequently on my visits to KoOlina. If you are staying at the Disney Aulani or Marriott Beach Villas, it’s a short walk on the main strip there, definitely a place to visit… put it on your “Places to Eat” list on Oahu.
