It was a pleasurable morning meeting this little guy. At 6 weeks, he is a stunner.
I love this age. Hands still in a grip, eyes wandering, not yet having enough muscles to break out a smile.
His neck just oh so strong enough to keep up his head. Listening for mamma, making sure she’s close by.
Staring out into the world with his gentle blue eyes. I often wonder what they’re thinking. 6 weeks. The soft skin, the newborn smell.
The round belly full of milk. Satisfied for a bit.
Yes, I’m talkin’ about you. Just look at your belly!
