I wanted to introduce to you the Fuji Instax Wide 210 Instant Camera. When I’m not working and hanging out with my family on the weekends, I like to bring this bad boy with me. As a professional photographer, you can imagine how many camera’s I have and how difficult it is for me to decide what I’m going to bring when I’m not working professionally. The Instax Wide is a fun, instant camera that I can carry around my neck and not worry too much about it because it did not cost me a couple grand like my professional camera. Although, it is just as priceless to me if something were to happen to it and I would be devastated. But it’s a tough cookie and I don’t worry too much about it if it’s get banged up in my bag. It really is a fun, affordable camera to bring on vacation to Hawaii if you don’t want to worry about it being stolen. It’s fun to watch develop and dollars to donuts you WILL get stares when passer’s by see the film pop out of this instant camera.
The Instax Wide is a super fun camera reminiscent of old Polaroids where you push the button and the Polaroid came out at the top and you watched it develop before your eyes. In this case, the film technology is advanced and the instant film that pops out, is this cool rectangular size. I would totally recommend to take one of these with you to your trip to Hawaii. You could definitely have a lot of fun with it. Don’t forget your film packs… they come in packs of 10 and they are sooooo super fun!
It’s about 7″ w and 5″ h and fits comfortably in your hands. It is a bit bulky, but it’s built sturdy. Here on the islands, no matter what time of day, I like to set it with the flash on. I like to also be about 3-4 feet from my subject. I love having finished prints in my hands in a matter of seconds that are mine. I don’t have to wait to load them out of my camera and send them to the printers. But BEWARE, if you are vacationing with friends, be prepared to take an instax for you and another for your friend. They are THAT MUCH FUN!
The print size is about 4″w x 3″h- ish in size. I just love them. The color quality is pretty good, it’s not digital quality, but it’s still magical. Perfect for this mommy. I love being able to take the photos and have them in my hand almost instantly. Not living in my hard drive, not living in my phone.
Please use the link on the left side bar to take you to this super fun camera. I’m in no way paid by Fuji to tell you about their camera. I just know what I love and I want to share it with you. I hope to see you when you are on Oahu!
